RESOLUTION NO. 1709.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF J. B.
McCRARY ENGINEERING CORPORATION FOR STORM
SEWER WORK ON S. E. SECOND STREET AND PRO-
VIDING FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service reports that
upon the tabulation of bids received for the construction of
storm sewer on S. E. 2nd Street, which is a continuation of
the present sewer on said street, it appears that the lowest
and best bid received is that of the J. B. McCrary Engineering
Corporation to do the work at and for the sum of $13,440.00, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that funds be provided for the
payment of the cost of such work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: That the proposal of the J. B. McCrary Engineering
Corporation to oonstruct storm sewers on S. E. 2nd Street at and
for the sum of $13,440.00 be, and the same is hereby, aooepted
and the said work authorized done.
2: That the cost of said work be paid from the Park Bond
Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this fourth day of November, A. D. 1924.
