NR.8A8, the ocntreat entered into for the improvement of
certain streets by the oonstruotion of Benitety sewers, anthor—
ised by resolution of the Commission of the Oity of Miami, has
been properly and Completely done and said work aooepted by the
Ocmmiesion cf the City of Miami,
NOW, TilkaaCELS, B8 IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
Oity cf Miami:
1: That the City Manager be and is hereto directed to
make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assessment roll
cf the fcllcwing improvements as provided in 9eotion 56 of the
City Charter, to -wit: Sanitary Sewer Districts Noe. 64, 62,
and 65.
2: That upon the filing cf said preliminary assessment
rolls, the City Clerk cause notice to be given in a newspaper
published in the City cf Miami twice weekly for twc weeks,
stating that at a meeting of the .%cmmiss ion c f the City of Mi-
ami tc be held on a certain day and at a certain hcur, not
less than twelve days from the date of the f it at publication,
any person whose property is described in said preliminary as-
sessment rolls may appear and file written objections to the
confirmation of the said preliminary rolls.
