ASSESSMENTS SHOO THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the Oity of Miami. Florida, met
an the 28th day cf October, 1924, pursuant to the notice of said
meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, to hear all writ-
ten objeoticns tc the ocnfirmation of the Preliminary Assessment
Rolle cf Highway Improvement Districts Nos. H-194. H-197, H-197-B.
H-198-A, H-198-B, H-200, H-201, H-202, H-203, H-204, and Sanita-
ry Sewer Improvement Districts Sr-61 and Sr-63, and
WHi!REAS, the Commission of the City cf. Miami having reoeiv-
ed nc written cbjeoticns tc the ocnfirmaticn of the said Preli-
minary Assesment Rolls by any perscns whose prcperty is describ-
ed in said rclls,

cf Miami:
1: ihat the prima facie assessments, as indicated on said
Preliminary Aseesernent Bolls be, and they are hereby, in all
things ccnf armed and sustained a,;ains t any.and all lots and pars
cell cf ground described thereon.
2: That the scans and amounts against each cf the lets cr
parcels cf ground in said Preliminary Assessment Rolla are less
than the arncunt that each c2 said lots cr parcels cf ground is
benefited by said imprcvements and that such amounts are in prc-
perticn tc ti:e special benefits and that ti.e prcperticn cf said
ocsts tc be paid by said Oity cf L:fa:.:i c:. account cf Highway in-
tersecticns is the sum set opposite the sanE therein.
3: That the total cost cf the said improvements in the fol-
lcwiri amounts and sums, tc-wit:
