WH REMS, the Oily Manager reports that the Oity has
been offered the sum of 4900.00 for the concrete black house
located on Lot 16 cf Block 2 of "Beverly" Subdivision, which
properly the City purchased for the purpose of extending N.
E. 3rd Avenue, and
W'SEREAS, the said house is of no use to the City and
should be disposed of,
TORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
cf Miami:
That the ofi er o.. Minnie M. Ladd tc pay 0900.00 far
that oerttin concrete block house located on Lot 16 of Block
2 cf "Beverly" Subdivision be, and is hereby, accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the neces-
sary papers tc effect the sale cf said house with the under-
standing that the purchaser is to have said house moved from
its present location.
PASSr^.D AND ADOPTED this 8th day cf October, A. D. 1924.
