WAS, the O ity Manager reports that due to repent
heavy rains and high waters it is neoesaazy to spend con-
siderable money repairing the streets damaged and on account
of the condition not be ing f °reaeen at the time the yearly
budget was prepared it is neoessazy that an emergency appro-
priation of *0,000.00 be made to pay theoost of repairing
such streets,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
That the sun of .20,000 be, and is hereby, appropriat-
ed from the General Fund Surplus f or the purpose of aresaid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October, A. D.
1924.
