WENRRL8, upcn tabulation of the bids received end submitted
by the Director of Finenoe for #759,000.00 Series "X" 8peoial im-
provement Bonds of the City of Miami, Florida, it is deemed to
the beet interests of the City to accept the joint bid of Dillon,
Reed & Company and L. P. Rothschild & 0ompany for said bends,
NOW, THEM:PORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1: That the joint offer cr Dillon, Reed & Company and L. P.
Rothschild & Company to pay 4760,116.00 and accrued interest for
4759,000.00 Series "X" Special Improvement Bonds to bear interest
at the rate of 4 per annum be, and the same is hereby, accepted
and the bends awarded tc said Dillon, Reed & Company and L. F.
Rothschild & Company.
2: That the said 4759,000.00, Series "I", Special Improve-
ment Bcnds dated Ootcber 1, 1924, authorised by Resolution No.
1673, adopted October 14th, 1924, shall bear interest at the rate
of 4i% per annum.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, A. D. 1924.
