WBLS, the Olt, Manager reoommends that, in order to
make the Oity lthletio Field ready to use as a foot ball
field, oertain improvements be made es reported by the Dire°
tor of Public Servioe,

of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, end he is hereby, author-
ised tc have the following work dons at the Oity Jthletio
Field:
Install a water heater and oonneot same with gas
main in street about 150' distant.
Install and connect lights for dressing room.
Mark off field, both practice field and field in
front of grandstand.
Bract gcal poste.
2: That the Rudd heater in the bacteriological laborato-
ry be used in o cnneoti cn with the water heating system.
3: that the sum of 4500.00 be and is hereby appropriated
from the Park Bond Fund for the purpose of making the said im-
provements.

Mr. Stanley, coach for the High School,
and some of the members of the athletic board, are
asking that we make the following improvements at
the ball park so it may be used as a foot ball field
this fall.

There is a Rudd heater in the bacteriological
laboratory which is too large for use and which is not
being used, which could be moved to the ball park. I
would estimate the cost for making the improvements wanted
to be 1500.
