C. Gardner to sell to the 01t4r of Miami the following described property, to -wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot Seven (7) of Block Seventeen (17) North, City of Miami, Florida, thence North 27.93 ft. more cr less; thence westerly along a curve whose radius is approximately 390 ft. to the west boundary of said Lot Bevan (7); thence south 35.76 ft. more or less, tc the southwest cor- ner of said Lot; thence east tc point of beginning (as shown by the accompanying drawing) excepting the following described tracts now cwned by the City of Miami, Florida; South 25 ft. Lot Seven (7) Block Seventeen (17) North, City cf Miami, Florida; warranty deed from Thomas C. Hampton and wife to City cf Miami, Florida, iled in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Feb. 16, 1916, and tract of land described as follows: Beginning; at a paint twenty-eight feet north cf the southwest corner cf Lot Seven (3) cf Block Seventeen (17) North, of the City c:.
