TION PROOMDINGS AGAINST THE OWNERS THER80l.
WHEREAS, at the time the City acquired that tract of land known
as "Tatum Ball Park" for a 0ity ,Athletio Pield there was a portion
of said tract, Lot 89 of "Montray", that was not inoluded in the
traneaotion, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said Lot 89 of "Montray" have offered
to deed same to the Oitr at and for the price of 43,000.00, which
price the Commission deems reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RBS OL V D by the Commies ion of the 0 i ty
of Miami:
1: That the offer of Charles S. Ranney and wife to sell Lot
89 of "Mon tray" to the City at and for the sum of 43, 000.00 be, and
the same is hereby, aooepted.
2: That the said purchase price of 43,000.00 be paid upon
the owners of said lot furnishing the City with a Warranty Deed and
Abetraot of 'Title shcwing a good and marketable title, said Deed
and Abstract to be approved by the City Attorney.
3: That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, directed and
authorized to dismiss the condemnation suit against the owners of
said Lot 89 of "Mantrap'''.
