WIOIRRLS, the contract entered into for the improvement of
certain streets by paving and certain other improvements, an.
thorized by resolution of the Commission of the Oily of Miami,
has been properly and oompletely done and said work accepted
by the Commission cf the City of Miami,
NOW, TK R B'ORB, I'T RBSOLVVD by the Commission of the
Oity of Miami:
1: That *he City Manager be and is hereby directed to
make and f its with the Oily Clerk a preliminary assessment roll
of Highway Lux ova mint No. 196-B.
2: That upon the filing of ea id preliminary assessment
roll, the Oily Ole rk cause notice to be given in a newspaper
published in the City twice weekly for two weeks, stating that
at a meeting cf the Commission cf the City of Miami to be held
on a certain day and at a certain hour, not less than twelve
days from the date of the first publication, anyperson whose
properly is described in sa id preliminary assessment roll may
appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the
said preliminary tolls.
