WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Circuit'Court'has:submitted<
a bill in the amount of $283.81 for verifying"an8 oertiPyiag the
$950,000.00 Municipal Improvement Bonds of the City of Minii;and,
WHEREAS, Chester B. Masslioh has submitted a bill in
the amount of $1017.67 for services rendered in relation to the
General Improvement Bonds, $950,000.00, dated July 1, 1924; and
WHEREAS, The United States Mortgage & Trust Company has
submitted a bill in the amount of $1125.00, for services in relation
to the preparation and certification of 950-$1000, coupon 4-3/4
Municipal Improvement Bonds of the City of Miami, dated July 1, 1924;
and,
WHEREAS, I'rioe & Price have submitted a bill inthe amount
of $1250.00, which represents one-half of the fee agreed upon for
services in the case of the City of Miami v. Ethel Ishie Jones and the
case of the City of Miami v. Locke T. Uighleyman et al; and,
WHEREAS, the above bills have been paid by the Direotor
of Finance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMLOISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA2I:
That the payment of the above described bills and amounts
as set forth, which said payment has been made by the Direotor of Finance,
be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed.
