WHEREAS,the Commission of the City of Miami, P1orida,' ' ►it
on the 14th day of October, 1924, pursuant to they nottne of said

ten objections to the confirmation of the Preliminary Aseee lent
Polls of Sidewalk Improvement No. 37-L, Highway Improvements Noe,
159 and 168 and Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 94, by any person
whose property 1s described in said Preliminary Assessment Rolls,
and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami having receiv-
ed no written objections to the confirmation of the said Preli-
minary Assessment Rolls by any persons whose property is des-
cribed in said rolls,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ii RESOLVED by the Commission ofthe City
of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated on said
Preliminary Assessment Rol s be, and they are hereby, ' in all
things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots and par
cels of ground described thereon.
That the sums and amounts against each of the lots or
parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment :Rolls are less
than the amount that each of saia lots or 'aroels of ground is
benefited b;,' said improvements and th:.t such amounts are in pro-
portion to the soeciai benefits and that the proportion of said
cost to be paid by said Ci t; of :iami on account of Highway inter-
sections is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the :.laid improvements in the
following su:ns, to -wit:
