WHEREAS, the Ci ty' of Miami ii� eiri:roeir +ai

ISIBEAS, the owners of Lot Three, Blook.Three,,
Orange Park, have agreed to dedicate and deed to the City
of Miami, fifteen (16) feet of said property for the pur-
pose of widening said Kegler Street, for and in consider-
ation of the City of Miami cancelling the paving lien
thereon,
NOW, THEiEFOiiE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the Director of Finance be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to cancel of record
that certain paving lien in the amount of $1,696.70, now
outstanding asainst Lot Three, Block Three, Orange Park, in
lieu of the owners thereof conveying to the City of Miami
by deed, fifteen (15) feet of the said property for street
widening* purposes.
