A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OP FINANCE TO CORRECT TSB ASSESSMENT
AGAINST LOT 2 OP WALDIN COMM POH
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the amiss
ment rofl covering Storm Sewer District Sr-80 shows an
assessment against Lot 2 of Waldin Court Subdivision in
the sum of $201.85 based on a 100' X 100' lot, and

WHEREAS, the assessment should have been made against
the property as a 80' X100' lot and in the sum of $161.26,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission ar
the City of Miami: That the Director of Finance be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the assess-
ment against the said lot so that it will be assessed in
the amount of $161.26.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of Ootober, A. D.
1924.
