J. G. BRILL COMPANY FOR SIX

CARS.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of JUne, 1924, the'
Commission authorised the City Manager to enter into
contract, for and on behalf of the City of Miami with-
- J. G. Brill Company for siz street oars, and
•WEEMS, the City Manager reports that since
being authorised by said resolution to execute such
contract a slightly different type of street oar has
been deoided upon and that he would like authority
to execute contract for the type pf ear finally de-
cided upon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED by the Com-
mission of the City of Miami:
1: That Resolution No. 1611, adopted June
24th, 1924, be,and the same is hereby cancelled.
2: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorised to enter into contract with J. G. Brill
Company for six(6) Single Track, Double End, Safety
Motor Car Bodies amplest. with General Eleotric Com-
pany's No. 264-A Double Motor Equipments, with K-65
Double End Control, General Eleotrio Company's Air
Brakes and Safety Devices with CP-25-C Compressors
and. Brill Patented No. 79 "E" Trunks at and for the
sum of Seven Thousand and Twenty-four Dollars ($7024.00)
each, according to the specifioations attaohed to said
oontraot, said cars to be built and oonstruoted in the
best workman -like manner and to be delivered. F. O. B.
Miami, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This second day of September,
