L RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND BR-
UITING THE DIRECTOR OD' FINANCE
TO CANCEL CERTAIN LIENS BELOW DES-
CHIBED AND SET FORTH IN THIS RESO-
LUTION.

WHEREAS, the North aide of Southwest Fifteenth
Road was paved by the City of Miami and the property
on both sides of the street has been assessed for suet
paving; and,
WHEREAS, the South side has not been paved by the
City of Miami and has subsequently been paved by the

C. J. Holtman Company, a corporation; and,
WHEREAS, for this paving on the North side by the
City of Miami, certain municipal liens have been and
are placed against the abutting property on the South side,
which said abutting property is owned by the C. J. Holtman
Company, a corporation, and no municipal improvement has
been made on the South side by the City of Mimi entitling
the City to place such liens against the C. J. Holtman
Company, a corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to cancel the following muni-
cipal liens:
Lot 1, Block 1 Subdivision Holtman Park, $184.44
Lot 2, Block 1 " " 79.49
CITY COMMISSION ILot 3, Block 1 79.49
