WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of September. 1914, tba
Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, reoeived pearled
proposals for the construction of sanitary laterals under
sanitary lateral improvements Nos. 1 and 2, and
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of the bids reoeived, it
appears that the bid of J. B. McCrary Company for the 00
etruotion of the said sanitary laterals at and, for the sum of
$13,645.24 is the lowest and beet bid reoeived for the work,
NOW, TRFRFPOBE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the bid of J. B. McCrary Company for oon-
etvuotion of sanitary laterals under Sanitary Lateral Im-
provements Nos. 1 and 2 at and for the sum of $13.645.24 be,
and the same is hereby, accepted.
2: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorised and direoted to execute oontraot for and on behalf
of the City of Mimmi with said J. B. McCrary Company for the
work included under the said improvementb.
3: That the City Manager require the contractor
to furnish bona with sureties satisfactory to the City com-
mission in the amount of the contract price, conditioned for
the performance of the work in a000rdano€ with such
onntract, said bond to be approved by the City Attorney as
to form and execution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This second day of September,
A. D. 1924.
