RESOLUTION N0. 1669.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS
NOS' 193 and 196 AND PROVIDING FOR THE
COLLECTION OF THE ASSESSMENTS SHOWN MERE -
IN.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, met on the 2nd day of September. 1924, pursuant
to the notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City
Charter, to hear all written objeotions to the confirmation
of the Preliminary Assessment Rolls of Highway Improvements
Nos. 193 and 195, by any person whose property is described
in said Preliminary Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami having
received and considered all written objeotions filed to the
oonfirmat ion of the said Preliminary Assessment Rolls by my
peraorc those property is described in said rolls,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Rolls be, and they are hereby,
in all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or paroels of ground described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the lots
or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment Rolls are
less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground
is benefited by said improvements and that such amounts are in
proportion to the special benefits ant that the proportion of
said cost to be paid by said City of Mimi oy account of High-
way intersection is the sum set opposite to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvements in the
following sums, to -wit:
Highway Improvement No. 195, $259,120.70
Highway Improvement No. 193, 4 44,780.09
