A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLIME
TO CAUSE NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED THAT THE
COMMISSION WILL HEAR REMONSTRANCES 0l.PZ$+,

RESOLUTIONS ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENTS NOS. 98 TO 101, INCLtTBIYn,.
STORM SEWER N0. 108 AND HIGHWAY IMPROII-
MENT N0. 244.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of August, 1924, the Commission
of the City of Miami, Florida, passed and adopted resolutions
ordering the Improvements designated as Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments Nos. 98 to 101, inolusive, Storm Sewer Improvement No. 108
and Highway Improvement No. 244, and directed the City Manager
to prepare and file plans and specifications of suoh improvements
and estimates of costs thereof, including estimates of the incid-
ental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of costs and estimated of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at least
once in THE MIAMI TRIBUNE, a newspaper of general circulation in
the City of Miami, a notice stating that at a meeting of the Com-
mission of the City of Miami, to be held at the City Hall in the
City of Miami, on the 9th day of September, 1924, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. the Commission of the City of Miami will hear the remonstran-
ces of persons interested to the confirmation of said resolutions
ordering said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
