BB IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the Oity of Nlami:
2ist the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the Oity of Mina
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sec-
tion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material, na-
ture and character of such improvement with the terminal points

and width thereof:
0n S. W. let Street, from S. W. lst Avenue West 550 feet,
a 21" Terra Cotta Storm Sewer between the center and south proper-
ty line, with neoessary inlets, oatoh basins, manholes ant appur-
tenanoes. The property which the Commission deems will be speci-
ally benefitted is:
LeBlond & Orr Subdivision:
Bloch 1, Lots 4 to 8, inclusive.
Powell & McDonald Warehouse Subdivision:
Lots 1, 8, 4, 87, 38, less part within extension of S. W.
let Street. F. E. C. Ry. right-of-way between W. Flagler
Street and S. W. 1st Street.
Strip bounded on N. by S. W. lot Street, B. by line parall-
el to and 250' West of center line of main track, F. B. C.
ry Co., South by South line of $. W. 4th St. W. by Bast
line of LeBlond & Orr Subdivision and property of the City
of Miami.
''he City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate cf the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether e;:penses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.
102 and the property against which assessments may be made for
tiecost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as DistriotSR-l02 •
