B]3 I1' RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
that the construction of the following described. tmprev*m6
is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sec-
tion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of hightay or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material, na-
ture and character of such improvement riith the terminal points
and width thereof:
An 18" Cast Iron Sanitary Sewer from a point near
the North approach to B. W. 2nd Avenue Bridge through
City property said along the east side of the above
bridge to the Miami River, and construction of necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
Zhe City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate cf the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of . the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether enpenses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.
1,01 and the :property against Which assessments may be made for
the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District SR 101•
