BS 12 RESOLVSD by the Commission of the City of Miami:
aat the construction of the following desoribed iaprovems
is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the City of Mat
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sec-
tion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of hightay or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be censtructed or sewer to be laid. The materiel, na-
ture and charaoter of such improvement with the terminal points—
and width thereof:
An 18" Terra Ootta Sanitary Seiwer near the east
property line of S. W. 2nd Avenue, from S. W. Ind
Street to North approach to S. W. End. Avelino
Bridge, with restoration of pavement and eonetras-
flan of necessary manholes and appurtenances;
7he City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate ef the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the Aork, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of.notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether e:cpenses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds ae Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.
100 and the property against which assessments may be made for
the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District 8a-109.
