BE I2 RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
.hat the construction of the following described imprd4eme
is hereby ordered to be made, the Comnission of the City of Min.
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under 8e
tion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or serer to be laid. The material, na-
ture and character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:
L 16" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the center line of
S. W. let Street, from 8. W. let Avenue to S. W. 2nd Avenue, and
one near the east property line of 8. W. End Avenue from 8. W. 1st
Street to S. W. End Street, with restoration of pavement, eonatrae-
tion of necessary manholes and eppurtenanoea and 476 lineal feet of
8" Terra Cotta Lateral connections to the following properties:
LeBlond & Orr Subdivision
Blook 1, Lots 1, 4 to 8, inolusive,
Block 2, Lot 1.
Powell & IloDonald Warehouse Subdivision:
Lots 2, 4, 37, 39, less part within the extension of S. W.
1st Street,
Strip bounded on north by S. W. let Street, East by line para-
llel to and 260' West of center line of main track of P. E.
C. By. Co., South by south line of S. W. 4th Street, West
by East line of LeBlond & Orr Subdivision and property of
City of Miami:
Me City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate cf the cost therecf, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the vcrk, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bends, and any ether e,:penses necessary
and groper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement zo.
99 and the j cperty against which assessments may be made for
tre cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated es District SR-99 •
