BE IT RESOLVRD by the Commission of the City of Miami:
That the construction of the following described improvement:
is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under 8e0-
t ion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material, na-
tr.re and character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:
12" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer at or near the center
line of S. W. lot Avenue (West), from W. Plagler Street
to S. W. let St., with restoration of pavement, ooaatrne-
tion of necessary manholes and appurtenances; and 86 lineal
feet of 8" Terra Cotta Lateral connections and 26 lineal
feet of 8" oast iron lateral ooaneotions to the follow-
ing properties:

Blook 18+, N. Lot 1.
Powell & McDonald Warehouse Subdivision:
Lots 1 and 2 lees part within the extension of
8. W. let Street.
Mae City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the Kark, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether e;;penses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed -
ins, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.
98 and the property against v:hich assessments may be made for
the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District SR-98
PASS :D AND ADOPILD this 26th day of August
