is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Seo
tion 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidetilelk to be constructed or serer to be laid. The material, na-
ture and character of such improvement with the terminal points
and width thereof:

Avenue to the East side of 8. H. 2nd Ay.. to to
improved by grading thereof between ourbs, eon-
struoting concrete curb 6" wide and 12" deep and
a concrete gutter 18" wide and 6" deep, on both
sides of street; constructing sheet asphalt pavement

think, all being 39 feet wide and extending from garb
to onrb; and by the construction of the necessary
oaroh basins and connotations to sewer.
e City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, which estimate shall show
the estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publishing of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, and any ether e_:penses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement No.

the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District g. 84(M /
