A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIRE.
U!T BY EMINENT DOMAIN FOR PUBLIC PAIR
PURPOSES OP THE CITY OP MIAMI OP THE
PROPERTY IN SAID CITY BUR1I1A1iR! MS-
CRIDZD.
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the best interests •t
the inhabitants of the City of Miami, llorida, that the prope
described as follows; to -wit:
Lot 89 of ROSTRA?, a subdivision of the
City of Miami, Florida, as per plat re-
corded in Plat Book 5, at page 114 in the
office of the Clerk of the Cirouit Court
in and for Dade County, Florida.
be aoquired by the City of Miami for public park purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth
in this resolution is necessary and should be acquired for public
park purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby,
authorized and direoted to institute the necessary legal pro-
ceedings in the name of the City of Miami, for the acquirement
by the said City by eminent domain of the following described
property in said City, to -wit:
Lot 89 of MONTRAY, a subdivision of the
City of Miami, Florida, as per plat re-
corded in Plat Book 5 at page 114, in the
office of the Clerk of the Cirouit Court
in and for Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
