OF FINANCE TO CREDIT THE ASSESSMENT TOR
SIDEWALK AGAINST LOT 8 0r BI CZ =11,�

FOR THE REASONS SET FORTH IN TEMS 1 8OLU
TION.
WHEREAS, Lot 2, of Blook 11, Sprin$ Garden is to be
assessed the amount of $08.86 for sidewalks constructed
under Sidewalk Improvement No. 87-A, and
WHEREAS, in paving N. W. llth Street at the location
which lot 2 of Block 11, Spring Garden, abute upon the said
Street it was deemed advisable to widen the street and in so
doing it was necessary for the sidewalk already constructed
in place in front of said Lot to be removed, and the City agreed
at the time to reimburse the owner of the said lot for the side-
walk in the sum of $91.75,
NOW, THEREFOR, DE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City ofiliami:
That the Director of Finance be, and he is, hereby
authorized and directed to credit the assessment against Lot 2,
of Block 11, Spring Garden, for sidewalks with the amount of
$91.75 in accordance with the understanding with the ova er of
said lot.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
