SIDSVALS IMPROVEMENT 104 57 - 414
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Micah:
That the City Manager be, and he is,hereby directed
to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary asses.-
went rollsof said Improvements as provided in Section 66
of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment rolls, the City Clerk canoe notioe
to be given in a newspaper published in the City, twioe
weekly for two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a oertain day
and at a oertain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property
is described in said preliminary assessment rolls, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
