WHEREAS, the City of Miami, Plorida, by Warranty Dist
conveyed to J. E. Clark lots 16, 1? and 18 of Blook 8, Bay View
Addition, for the consideration of three thousand dollars, ani
WHEREAS, at the time of the said conveyance by lar,Frnty
Deed the lots so sold were encumbered by a City lie* for paw.:.
in the sum of $488.60, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager requests that the Director
of Finance be authorized to oanoel the said lien,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the Director of Finance be, and he is, hereby
authorized and directed to cancel that certain lien dating from
June 1922, in the sum of $458.60, for paving assessment against
Lote 16, 17 and 18 of Blook 2, Bay View Addition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1986.
