WHEREAS, on the 19th of August, 1924, the COMMiiiiair.

of Sanitary Sewer Districts Nos. 96 and 97, and
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of the bids rsoeived it apPeaii
that the bid of C. H. Lyne Foundry & Machine Company is the
lowest and best bid received for the work,
NOW, TUMORS, BE IT MOWED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1. That the bid of C. H. Lyne Foundry & Maohine Company
for furnishing sewer castings to be used in the improvement of
Sanitary Sewer Districts Nos. 96 and 97, at and for the sum of
$220.96, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and direct-
ed to execute oontraot, for and on behalf of the City of Miami,
with said C. H. Lyne Foundry .ja Machine Company for the said castings.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
