COMPANY FOR COMSTRUCTION . OF SEWERS UNDER

WHEREAS, on the 19th day of August, 1924, the Coamissiea
of the City of Miami, Florida, reoeived sealed proposals for
the oonetruotion of sanitary sewers to be done under sanitary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 96 and 97, and
wHEREAS, upon tabulation of th. bide reoeived, it appears
that the bid of J. J. Quinn Company for construction of the
sewers under said improvements 96 and 97, at and for the sun
of $12,278.17, is the lowest and beet bid reoeived,
NOW, TRERRPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1. That the bid of J. J. Quinn Company for oonstruotion
of sanitary sewers under Districts Sr-96 and Sr-97, at and for
the sum of $12,278.17, be and the same ie,hereby accepted.
2. That the City Manager be, and he is, hereby authorised
and directed to execute contract for and on behalf of the City
of Miami with said J. J. Quinn Company for the work included under
Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 96 and 97.
3. That the City Manager require the oontraotor to famish
bond with sureties satisfactory to theCity Commission in the
amount of the contract price, oonditioned for the performanoe
of the work in accordance with suoh contract, said bond to be
approved by the City Attorney as to form and execution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
