WHEREAS, the City Commission by reaclution adopted at the
meeting of July 29th, 1924, directed and authorised the Cit1y
Manager to enter into c cn tre a t with J . G . McCrary ikagineering
Corporation for conetruoting sewers under Dietriot Sr-94, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted said contract du-
ly executed by the City of Miami and the contractor together
with the bcnd furnished by the said contractor, both bond and
contract having been approved 'by the City Attorney as to form
and execution,
NOW, THERIVORS, BE IT RSSOL'PSD by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: That the said ocntreat between the City of Miami and
J. G. Mo Crary engineering Corporation Ycr the construction of
sanitary sewers under Dietriot Sr-94 be, and the same is here-
by, ratified and confirmed.
2: That the bcnd f urn ishe d by J. G. Mc Cr a ry Eng ine er ing
Corporation acnditicned for the performanoe cf the work in ac-
cordance with the contract be, and the same is hereby, apptawed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, A. D. 1924.
