WH8R3L8, the Oity Commiesion by resolution adopted at, the meeting of August l9th, 1924, directed and authorised the Oi1t Manager to enter into ocntreat with Morgan -Hill Paving Company for the construction of ocnorete sidewalks under Districts Ik- 50 to 3k-54, inclusive, and MMUS, the City Manager has submitted said contract du- ly executed by both the City cf Miami and the oontraotcr toge- ther with the bond furnished by the said aontraator, both bcnd and acntreat having been approved by the City Attorney as, to form and execution, NOW, THEREEPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City cf Miami: 1: That the said contract between the City of Miami and Morgan -Hill Paving Company for the construction cf ocnorete sidewalks under Districts Sk-50 to 3k-54, inclusive, be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed. 2: That the said bcnd furnished 1y Morgan -Hill Paving Company ccnditicned for the performanoe of the work in accord- anae with the ecntreat be, and the same is heresy, approved.
