9211614,8, on the 12th day of August, 1924, the 0cn tasioa of
the 0ity of Miami, Florida, passed and adopted a resolution order-
ing the construction and equipment of a Pumpitg Station under
Storm Sewer Improvement No. 60-A, and direotad the Oity Mangler
to prepare and file plane and specifications cf ouch improvement
and an estimate of the oast thereof, inoluding an estimate of the
incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and se-
tim`ate cf oast and estimate of incidental expenses have been fil-
ed by the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE Ir RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami: hat the City Clerk shall cause to be published for
at least once in the MIAMI TRIBUNE, a newspaper of general ciron-
laticn in t::e City of Miami, a notice stating that at a meeting
of the Commission of the City cf Miami, to be held at the City
Hall in Miami, Florida, on the 26th day cf August, 1924, at
9:00 c' al o ck A. M., the C cmmi ss ion of the J ity of Miami, will
hear the remonstrances of persons interested to the cant irmaticn
of said resclution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day cf August, A. D. 1924.
