RNBOLUTION AUTBONINING THE OIL MANAGER TO AD-
VIRTISN FOR 31.00 POR TES CONSTRUCTION CP LANDING
PUBS AND BULICBRADS AT BAYPRONT PARE PILL,
"MMUS, the Direotor of Public' Service reports that the
dredging operations at the Bayfront Park fill is far enough ea-
vanoed so as to enable the Oily to soon begin building such
piers and landing bulkheads as ars advisable at the northeast
o urns r of the fill, and
WESBILS, it is the sense of the Oommission that bide should
be asked for and the work begun in the near future,
NOW, THEREB'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commi as ion of the City
cf Miami: That the Oily Manager be, and he is hereby, antharis
ed and directed to publish a notice calling for bide for the con-
struction cf such piers and landing bulkheads as are advisable,
said notice to be published at least once in a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation in the City of Mimi and shall state that bids
will be received by the Oily Ooamission on a date not earlier
than ten days from the date of the first publication of said no-
tice and that the City reserves the right tc reject any or all
bide.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, A. D. 1924.
