reoommend that the grounds adjacent to the inoineretore, b iI E o -►
ed by the construction of a good road leading from 20th Street `iate
the said plants, try the installation of ourb and gutter' thereon,
terracing the slopes of the' present ramps, and by making oertat ►
grass and tree plantings, and
WIUIREAS, it is the sense of the Commission that the improi''d
meats are badly needed and should bet made,
PEEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City a f: '
M1a:ni: That the Oity Manager and the Direotor of Pubiio 8eriioe
be, and they are hereby, authorized to make the improvements set
forth above at the city incinerator grounds and to make such other
improvements as they deem ne oessaryr to make the grounds olean and
orderly.
