166, 167, 169, 170, 177 AND 192 AND PROVIDING
FOR THE COLLECTION C8' THB ASSESSMENTS SHOD -
IN.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the 0ity of Miami, Florida, met on the
19th day of August, 1924, pursuant to the notice of said meeting under
Section 56 of the City Charter, to hear all written objections to the
confirmation of the Preliminary Assessment Rolls cf Highway Improve-
ments Nos. 160, 166, 167, 169, 170, 177 and 192, by any person whose
property is described in said Preliminary Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami having received and
considered all written remonstrances filed to the confirmation of the
said Preliminary Assessment Rolls by any persons whose property is des-
cribed in said rolls,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission cf the 0ity of
Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated on said Preli-
minary Assessment Rolls be, and they are hereby, in all things ocnf irm-
ed and sustained against any Eta all lots or parcels cf ground ddaorib-
ed thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the lots or parcels
of ground in said Preliminary Assessment Rolls are less than the amount
that each cf said lots cr parcels cf ground is benefited by sa id im-
provement and that such amounts are in proportion to the ppeo ial benefits
and that the proportion of sa id cost to be paid by said City cf Miami on
sea cunt of highway intersection is the sum set opposite tc the same there-
in.
3: That the total cost cf the sa id improvements in the following
sums, to -wit:
Highway Improvement Nc. 160 47,305.04
Highway Improvement No. 166 3,775.41
Highway Improvement No. 167 3,831.45
Highway Improvement Tic. 169 5,588.00
Highimy Improvement lie. 170 4,861.21
Highway Improvement Nc. 177 3,936.28
Highway Improvement No. 192 6,590.33
be, and the same are hereby, approved and confirmed.
