WHHRRAB, the oontraot entered into for the improvement of
Distriots H-193 and H-195, authorized try resolution of the Om -
mission of the City of Miami has been properly and oomplete1y
done and the said work duly aooepted by the Commission of the
City of Miami,
THEREFORR, BR IT RBSOLVSD by the Commission of the City of
Miami: That the City Manager be, and is hereby, direoted to
make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assessment roll
of said improvements as provided in Seotion 56 of the Oily Char-
ter.
BB IT FURTHER RNSOLVBD that upon the filing of said preli-
minaiy assessment roll, the City Clerk oause nc tioe to be given
in a newspaper published in the City twioe weekly for two weeks,
stating the t at a meeting cf the Commission of the City cf Miami,
to be held on a pertain day and at a Certain hour, not less than
twelve days from the date cf the first publication, any person
whose property is described in said preliminary assessment roll,
may appear and file written objections to the Confirmation of the
said preliminary roll.

The street improved tinder said Highway Improvement Na. 195
and included in Dietriot H+196 has been improved by grading, by
the oanetruotian of oonorete curb end gutter (except where suit-
able ourb and gutter to the proper grade and line was already in
place) and by the ocnstruoticn of a sheet asphalt pavement an
ocnorete foundation to a width of forty-six (46) feet from curb
to autsb, and the street included under said Diatriot H-196 is as
follows:
N. Miami Avenue. from Forth 14th Street toll . $. 0. Railway.

are as follows:

S.W.2nd Ave., from W. Flagler St. to N. approaoh
of the B.W. 2nd Ave. Bridge,
W. Flagler St., from W. U th Ave. to W. 22nd Ave.
