WHEREAS, the City Commission by resolution adopted at the meet-
ing of July 29th, 1924, direoted and authorized the City Manager to
enter into ocntraot with John J. Quinn 0ompeny for constructing sew-
ers under Distriots 3r-93 and sr-95, and
*HENNAS, the 0ity Manager has submitted said ocntraot duly ese
onted by the City of Miami and the contractor together with the bond
furnished by the said contractor, both bond and contract having been
approved by the City Attorney as tc form and execution,
NOW, THBINP'QR3, BE IT I Sm',9BD by the Commission of the Oily of
Miami:
1; at the said ocntraot between the City of Miami and John
J. Quinn 0ompeny f orthe construction of sewers under Districts 8r-93
and Sr-95 be, and the same is hereby, ratified and oonfirmed.
2: That the said bond furnished by John J. Quinn 0ompany oon-
diticned far the perfcrmanoe of the work in accordance with the con-
tract be, and the same is hereby, approved.
