SK-60 TO 54, INOLUSIVN, AND A 7 HORIZ]NG TM ELOCUTION OF CONTRACT BY THE 0ITI MANAGER, FOR AND ON BEHALF OP THE CITY OP MwII, FOR SUCH WC K. tqHEF$A8, on the 12th day of August, 1924, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, received sealed proposals for the con- struction of sidewalks to be done under Sidewalk impraysments Nos. 50 to 54, inclusive, and WEEMS, upon tabulation of the bide received, it appears that the bid of Morgan -Hill Paving Company for o onstruotion of the sidewalks under said Districts, at and for the sun of $84, 944.34, is the lowest and best bid received, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami : 1: That the bid of Morgan -Hill Paving Company for construc- tion of sidewalks under Districts Sk-50 to 54, inclusive, at and for the sun of 484,944.34 be, aid the same is hereby, accepted. 2: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute ocntraot for ai d on behalf of the City of Miami with said Morgan -Hill Company for the work included un- der Sidewalk Improvements Nos. 50 to 54, inclusive. 3: That the City Manager require the contractor to furnish bcnd with sureties satisfactory tc the City Commission in the amount of the contract price, conditioned for the performance cf the work in accordance with such contract, said bcnd tc 1 . ap- proved by the Oity Attorney as tc form and execution.
