InRBi9, Lots 1 to 20, inclusive , Block 6, Riverview, own-
ed by the 0ity of Miami and a pubiio park of said 0ity was sold
for 1921 taxes in the ems of #419.95 ®d Certificate -No. 2674
issued against same, and Lots 8 sad 9, Block 66, Lawrence Be-
tate, being used for street purposes, were sold for 1921 taxes
in the sum of $72.28 and Certificate Ho. 2391 issued against
same, and
WHAMS, it is necessary that the Bald Tax Bale Certifi-
cates be redeemed by the Oily,
NOW, 'IIIERIEPORE, BE I2 RESOLVED by the 0ommieeion of the
0ity of Miami:
1: That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, au-
thorized and directed to redeem Tax Sale Certificates Has. 2674
and 2391 and to issue hie vouchers in the sums of $419.96 and
$72.28 respectively in payment of same.
2: That the amount necessary for the redemption of the two
said certificates be, and ishereby, appropriated from the Gen-
eral Fund Surplus.
PASSED AND ADCA'TED this 19th day of August, A. D. 1924.
