MH>1RB18, the Preliminary Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewers
constructed under Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 84 has been cer-
tified to the Director of Finance for the oolleoticn of the liens
shown thereon, and
WEgRLAS, this Sanitary Sewer as set forth in said Preliminary
Assessment Roll is not to be constructed except a small portion
thereof, and
WHEREAS, certain amounts have been collected upon the said
Assessment Roll,
THSRB'ORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami:
1: That the Assessments sham in the Preliminary Assessment
Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 84 be, and the same are,
hereby cancelled with the exception of the fallowing:
