That the oonstruotion of tbs following described inprovsmant
is hereby ordered to be made, the 0ommiesion of the 0ity of Miami,
Plorida, here setting forth its intention to proossd under 8so-
tion 56 of the Oily 0harter.
The improvement shall ooneiet of the ereotion and oonsttruo-
tion of ens Pumping Station of reinforced oonorete and concrete
block, upon Lots 19 and 20. Blook 32, Lawrence letate and the in-
stallation of one 4,000 gallon -per -minute and two 8,000 gallon -
per -minute pumps with motors and other appurtenanoss, the con-
struction and equipment of said Pumping Station to be the further
improvement and completion of Storm Sewer Distriot No. 604A, here-
tofore ordered and partly oonstruoted under Resolution Na. 799,
adopted July 3, 1923.
The Commission determines and designates the following pro-
perty to be specially benefited by such improvement:

with the Oily Olerk plans and specifications of said improvement.
and an estimate of the oost thereof, which estimate shall dhow,
the estimated count to be assessed against the abetting property
per front, including an estimate of the cost of the expense of
preliminary and other surveys, the inepeotion and superintendence
of the work, the preparation cf plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publishing of notioes and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement has been heretofore designated by Resolution No.
799, adopted July 3, 1923 as Storm Sewer Improvement a 60-A, and
the property against which assessments may be madm a the cost
thereof hereunder as District Sr - 60 - A.
