Charter has been made tha t the Commission of the City of Miami
would. on the 120 day of August 102j, at the

monstrances of all taterested persons to the confirmation of Raid
resolution ordering said improvement, and all remonstrances re-
ceived having been heard and considered by the CommisRien of the
City of Miami.
