OF MIAMI, FLORIDA. ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT B00K 3,
PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE .
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Villa,
deem it necessary to aoquire the property hereinafter described
for the purpose of extending North East Third Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ised and directed to purchase from A. L. Hoffer Lot Sixteen (16)
of Block Two (2) of BEVERLY, an addition to the City of Miami,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 24 of the Public Records
of Dade Uounty, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the sum of Thirteen
Thousand Five Hundred (€13,500.00) Dollars be, and the same is
hereby, appropriated from the Street Widening and Bond Fund
for the purpose of paying for the above described property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Attorney
is to pass upon all papers and approve same in the transaction
for the purchase of the above described property.
