ROLLS OP HIGHWAY IMPROVaDETS DOS. 160, 166, 167,
169, 170, 177 and 192.

WHEREAS, the contract entered into for the improvement ' 1
of Districts H-160, H-166, $-167, H-169., H-170, H-177 and
H-192, authorized by resolution of the Commission of the
City of Miami has been properly and completely done and said
work duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
TIMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: Ma t the City Manager be, and is hereby directed
to make and filewith the City Clerk a preliminary assess-
ment roll of said improvement as provided in Section 56 of
the City Charter.
Bi I. 1'URTE: l R::SOLVED that upon the filing cf said
preliminary assessment roll, the Jity Clerk cause notice to
be .riven in a newspaper published in the City twice weekly
for two weeks, statin.; that at a meeting cf the Commission
of the City cy Miami tc be held cn a certain day and at a
certain hour, not less than twelve days from the date of
the first publication, any person viose property is describ-
ed in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear and file
written objections to the eonfizmatien cf the said prelimi-
nary roll.
