VIRERFAS, on the 29th day of July, 1924, the Commissionof
the City of Miami, Florida, reseed and adopted a resolution or-
dering the improvement designated ae Sanitary Lateral Improve-
ment No. 1, District Sa. L. 1 and the improvement designated as
Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 2, District Sa. L. 2, and di-
rected the City Manager to prepare and file plans and spec ifiea-
ticns cf such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
in•olud ing an estimate cf the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estima to of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the
City Clerk,

Miami: 1'ha t the City Clerk shall cause to be published for at
least once in the MltMI POST, a newspaper of general circulation
