any person whose property is desriT6. ed in said Preliminary
Assessment Roll, and
WIGRE&S, the Commission of the City of Miami hav-
ing received and. considered all written remonstrances filed.
to the confirmation of the said Preliminary Assessment Roll
by any persons whose property is described in said roll,
NOW, TIMREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
1: 'That the prima facie assessment, as indicated
on said Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and is hereby, in
all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ground described thereon.
2.: That the sums and amounts against each of the
lots or parcels of ,groune in said Preliminary Assessment
Roll are lesz: than the amount that each of said lots. or par-
cels of gsround. is 13enefited by said improvement and that
such arncunts are in pro:portion to the special benefits, and
that the proportion 0:Z said cost to be :7c1 idby said City of
Miami on account of highway intersection is the sum set oppo-
site to he same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said imprevement,
in the sum of $76,767.13 , is hereby appreved and con-
