WHEREAS, on the 9 day of ,, 192

adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Highway Improvement No. 243 , District g..293 ,
and directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
