the Commission of the •Ci1y. of Miami, "Florid, passed and
adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Highway
Improvement No1121_, District Er.241
and directed the City Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City Manager with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE I1' RESOLVED by the Commission of the W.V.
of Miami:
That the City Clerk shall cause be published for at
